How this demonstration works
Answer a few questions, add records if you have them, and Omniara will organize a plain-language health report. It is not a diagnosis, emergency assessment, or substitute for professional care.

Lab results, hospital discharge summaries, family medicine notes, specialist letters, imaging reports, medication lists, vaccination records and screening results.

When extraction is connected, diagnoses, procedures, medications and allergies found in your records can be confirmed later rather than re-typed.
